2. This service is on subscription basis. One account for one person only. Sharing accounts with anyone will not guarantee the program's function appropriately. For instance, you may be terminated during a test. Most importantly, the tester's progress cannot be correctly tracked.
3. Subscribing to any of the www.gnrpl.com tests does not guarantee any scores in the actual examination.
4. GNR College is not liable for any loss or injury directly or indirectly that you or the tester may suffer as the result of using this product.
5. This program will not work appropriately without Javascript and cookies.
6. Subscription payments can only be made through a PayPal secure online payment. You DON'T need a PayPal Account. You can pay with Master Card, Visa Card, or your bank account through the PayPal SECURE online payment system. We DON'T collect, process and/or store your credit card or bank account information. Alternative payment methods should be made available in the future.
As we guarantee 100% satisfaction, therefore if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product you may cancel your subscription within 21 days after purchasing.
The amount of refund is dependent on how many tests or practices you have taken*, in the order from A to D:
A. Full refund less a 2.5 to 3% processing fee charged by PayPal if you're meeting all of the following two conditions:
I. Up to 28 practice tests;
II. Up to 3 tests in any of Reading Comprehension, General Ability and Maths Test.
B. For 68% refund less a 2.5 to 3% processing fee charged by PayPal if you're meeting all of the following two conditions:
I. Up to 128 practice tests;
II. Up to 10 tests in any of Reading Comprehension, General Ability and Maths Test.
C. For 38% refund less a 2.5 to 3% processing fee charged by PayPal if you're meeting all of the following two conditions:
I. Up to 248 practice tests;
II. Up to 28 tests in any of Reading Comprehension, General Ability and Maths Test.
D. In any other cases, we assume you are satisfied with our product, and need no refund.
Cancellations can only be made through email to support@gnrpl.com.
*Definition of tests and practices taken:
When you open the test or practice by clicking the “Start Test” link after you have read the test instruction. FREE Tests does not count; Repeatedly taking the same test does not count more than once if reasonable.

The copyright in materials in this website as a whole is owned by GNR College. Third parties own the copyright in some materials incorporated within this website. You may view this website and its contents using your web browser solely for one user during a subscription period. Your test records is kept in our system during your subscription period. We may use information to generate some website statistics. But we will never share it with anyone else on individual basis.
We take proper measure to secure this website. We recommend you to use Internet security programs to protect your computer from any viruses and other intruders.
Your password is encrypted and stored in our system. We don't know your password. Don't share your account with anyone else. If you have lost your password, we will send you a temporary password randomly generated by our system. You'll have to change your password after logging in to protect your account.
